The military tradition of the Holy Prophet (may God bless him and his household and give them peace) in the wars was such that in order to spread Islam and invite to this religion, first he preached Islam and guided and then sent ambassadors to all parts of the world. The purpose of this study is to show the importance of the principle of surprise inspired by the measures of the Holy Prophet (may God bless him and his household and give them peace) in the wars of early Islam and finally concludes whether it is possible to use this principle to stand against enemy with a stronger state now and achieve the given goals? This research has been prepared by descriptive-analytical method and with reference to library sources and authoritative articles; And seeks to examine the importance of the principle of surprise in the wars of the Prophet (may God bless him and his household and give them peace).
The results of this research indicate that if we can fully surround the enemy's military doctrine in today's situation, which is an unequal battle, we can easily guess his movements on the battlefield and with unequal battle methods and the attack on the general strategy of the enemy took him by surprise.
