The purpose of this study is to investigate the capabilities of graduates of Imam Hussein University (AS) and the factors affecting the capabilities of learners, especially in telecommunications courses, which is one of the most effective pillars of training and education, i.e. instructor and instructor teaching method. The present research method is causal-comparative which is considered as applied research in terms of purpose. Also, in terms of how to collect research information, it is a type of survey research whose information was collected in the field using a questionnaire. The statistical population of the present study includes professors, instructors, and students. Using the Cochran's formula, 80 people were selected as the sample by available sampling method. Finally, one-sample t-test and independent t-test at the significance level of 0.05 and one-way analysis of variance were used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. The results of one-sample t-test showed that lecture and workshop teaching methods and combinations in teaching telecommunication courses are appropriate methods. In addition, the results of independent t-test and one-way analysis of variance showed that among the above three teaching methods, the combined method is the best method in learning telecommunications courses.
